Case Study: L7 Chain Loading Robot System
The L7 Chain Loading Robot developed by STON Robotics is designed to address high-speed outbound logistics challenges through four-directional adaptive deformation and high-thrust push loading capability. It enables fully automated truck and container loading, significantly improving shipment efficiency and eliminating vehicle waiting time.
The system automatically adapts to the height and width of cargo boxes and containers through integrated lifting and chain conveyor width adjustment. Goods are first positioned on the chain conveyor platform and then transferred into trucks or containers via a push-plate mechanism, fully replacing manual handling and ensuring fast, stable loading operations.
It is widely applied in manufacturing, FMCG, chemical industry, construction materials, logistics, raw materials, and energy sectors.
System Overview
● Maximum Load: 30 t
● Conveying Acceleration: 0.2 m/s²
● Lifting Stroke: 500 mm
● Conveying Speed: 15 m/min
● Travel Distance: 13.5 m
● Transverse Stroke: 500 mm
Fast Loading Performance
Automated loading can be completed in as fast as 10 minutes, compared to 2–3 hours required for manual loading.
