Case Study: Forklift Loading Robot Application
The M7 Forklift Loading Robot developed by STON Robotics is deployed to address high-efficiency outbound loading requirements for heavy-duty logistics operations. The system enables fully automated truck and container loading, significantly reducing manual handling and vehicle waiting time.
With four-directional adaptive deformation capability and high-thrust push loading technology, the robot automatically adjusts to the height and width of cargo boxes and containers through integrated lifting and chain-driven width adjustment. Goods are positioned on the platform and then transferred into vehicles via a push-plate mechanism, ensuring fast, stable, and continuous loading operations.
The solution is widely applicable across manufacturing, FMCG, chemical industry, construction materials, logistics, raw materials, and energy sectors.
System Overview
● Maximum Load: 30 t
● Loading Height: 1.1–1.6 m
● Fork Speed: 15 m/min
● Lifting Acceleration: 12 mm/s²
● Platform Rotation: ±1°
● Installed Power: 60 kW
Key Value
The system enables full-servo automated height adjustment with no manual intervention. It can also be directly integrated with production lines, enabling fully automated loading and unloading and significantly improving overall logistics efficiency.
