Bus Differential Housing
The gantry robot-based FMS line for bus reducer housings consists of:1 set of 3-axis gantry robot, 2 horizontal machining centers, 1 vertical machining center, fixture storage system, material transfer magazine, assembly unit, and production line control system.
The system enables automatic loading and unloading as well as flexible automatic fixture switching for multi-variety, small-batch production.
