Automotive Transmission Valve Plate Project
The company operates a digital flexible production line for automotive transmission valve plates with an annual capacity of 200,000 units. The line handles multiple valve plate specifications and adopts a gantry robot integrated with a line-side storage system (automatic palletizer) to achieve full-line automation.
Finished palletized parts are delivered via AGV to the palletizer, where the system automatically depalletizes full trays. A gantry robot, working along the X-axis, then performs single-piece part picking for machining.
The production line is equipped with an intelligent information system, enabling QR code scanning and part identification, automatic program switching, and seamless changeover between product variants. Once one layer of parts is completed, the system automatically continues with the next batch, supporting highly flexible and continuous production.
