Transmission Housing & Clutch Housing Project
The transmission housing project consists of 4 machines and is integrated with a KUKA KR180 robot mounted on a linear travel axis. The system includes an upper and lower storage system, marking unit, inspection sampling unit, and auxiliary subsystems.
The production process is arranged in two machining sequences, enabling efficient automated handling and processing of transmission and clutch housing components.
