Railway Axle Automatic Production Line
The railway axle (D2T gantry system) project consists of 4 CNC lathes, 4 CNC grinding machines, 1 magnetic particle inspection unit, 1 cleaning machine, 1 measuring station, and 1 set of D2T independent dual-pallet gantry robot system.
The gantry robot is responsible for automatic loading and unloading of machine tools. The gripper adopts servo clamping and is equipped with a servo Y-axis, servo C-axis, and damping buffer mechanism to ensure stable and precise handling.
