The intelligent production system consists of two integrated modules: a gantry FMS automated line and an electric overhead crane-assisted handling line.

(1) Gantry FMS Automated Line (41m)
A heavy-duty three-axis gantry system integrated with grippers, buffer stations, loading/unloading units, a flipping station, and full safety protection.
It provides fully automated loading and unloading for:
● 2 CNC gear hobbing machines
● 2 CNC gear grinding machines

(2) Electric Overhead Crane Handling Area (49m)
This section supports multi-process operations including:
● Manual inspection
● Cleaning
● Turning & milling
● Grinding
It ensures flexible material flow and process continuity across machining stages.
