Hydraulic Piston Rod Digital Flexible Production Line
The digital flexible production line for hydraulic piston rods is designed to handle multiple product types, including piston rods, clevis ends (eye ends), and assembled components after welding. The system supports mixed handling and machining of both individual parts and welded assemblies.
Due to the high variety and small batch characteristics of piston rods and clevis components, the line-side storage system adopts a compatible roller conveyor structure. Combined with production management and automation design, the system enables multi-product compatibility and flexible production scheduling.
The entire line integrates welding and machining processes into a continuous automated workflow, achieving seamless production from welding to final machining within a unified system.
